I met him at Anime Banzai! Totally fun con. I need to head down to Utah more often. XD
The pose came out a little more "yaaay! Spaaaace!" than I wanted, but hey, it's Starfire so if anyone is gonna be perky in zero grav, it's her.
Her neck is too long. I was gonna tilt her chin up, but changed it and forgot to shorten the neck after.
Based on her Teen Titians design because I <3 moth eyebrows. She had some weird designs. I mean I know big hair was cool in the 80s but daaaaaaaaamn.
I'm pretending the DC reboot didn't happen.

Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactThe colour palette is nice, as is the shading, and the background works well with the scene.
The anatomy is pretty good (you noted the neck thing yourself, obviously), the hands also feel a little off, particularly her left (viewer's right) - maybe if there's a bit better definition of the knuckle joints? Or visible fingernails? Something's missing there.
The pose has some nice sense of dynamism, but there could still be more; you mentioned it's in space, so why not explore the zero-g thing and have her mid-backflip or swimming through space or something?
Overall it's a good piece, and you clearly have solid skills and technique - it'd be interesting to see you stretch yourself a bit further, is all.
