*hugs* I got to talk to her tonight. She's fine. I consider myself very very luck because I know where she is and that she's okay and so many thousands out there can't say the same thing.
*glomps* Thank you! She's coming home today for a couple weeks. She's on school break and by the time it's over they should have the nuclear pants under control.
Thank you! I will use that! I have a friend over there that was our exchange student my junior year, and no one's heard from her. Glad your sister is fine!!!!
*glomps* It's absolutely amazing. Anyone can update it AND it scours the internet for any news. A friend on mine was able to get a hold of Kari and make a facebook comment while he was on the phone with her. I was using google finder at that exact moment and found out before he even hung up. *hugs* I hope you hear from your friend soon. Things are really crazy but Kari said the evacuation plans were well thought out. The quake hit after school but while most people were still in clubs and such. Please let me know when you find out about your friend.
As well as a nuclear plant is going wrong.
I hope your sister will be alright.
